Aluminium pretreatment
Bath line
The first pre-treatment of aluminium is a line for surface treatment of materials by dipping, which is available in the powder coating plant of our company Technolak, s.r.o. The actual dimensions of the materials dipped into the bath line are: (7000 × 1300 × 380 mm) = (l × h × w).
The line is controlled by a programmable automatic machine - the so-called automatic manipulator, which ensures compliance with all important production parameters such as drip, dipping time, etc. The bath line has five baths /six technological operations/.
Order of technological operations is as follows:
- In the first bath, deoxidation ( acid degreasing) and degreasing of the surface of the materials takes place.
- In the second bath, rinsing with utility water up to 3500 microsiemens takes place.
- In the third bath, the rinsing with utility water up to 650 microsiemens takes place.
- In the fourth bath, a demi-water rinse of up to 20 microsiemens takes place.
- In the fifth bath, a passivation layer takes place.
- In the sixth bath, a demi-water rinse of up to 20 microsiemens takes place. The next operation is the drying of the materials in the bath dryer.
Aluminium blasting
The second pre-treatment of aluminium is blasting. We blast aluminum structures that do not fit into the bath line or do not have holes prepared for the flow of chemistry from hollow profiles.
